With Logitech continually making improvements, this Applet provides a way to find out how to get better use of your IFTTT and Logitech Harmony Hub combination. These two IFTTT apps will help you see what becomes available as it is released. Turn things on one step at a time so that if you see any problems, you have an easier idea of where to start looking for the solution.

Troubleshooting:

1. If you are trying to turn on an applet/trigger/action and it keeps going back to off, this might indicate a problem with an underlying required. I have had this happen when trying to enable an applet/trigger/action via the IFTTT web interface. Try repeating the process using the smartphone app that you have.

2. One thing I have noticed using the smartphone app is that the first time you try to enable an applet/trigger/action that requires a specific IFTTT service that you haven’t already enabled, you will be taking to a screen where you will login and authorize IFTTT to have access to base information from the service you are connecting it to. The first time you try to enable the function you are working with, it will appear to fail. What I have seen is that the service needed is getting linked but the handoff back to the function may not have been handled the way it should have been. Try re-enabling the function and you should see it turned on at this point.
